Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Calibra mobile application and related services (“Service”) provided by Globio Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using Calibra, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service.
Account
You sign in with Apple ID. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device secure. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscriptions and billing
- Calibra Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store.
- Premium includes the full Calibra practice: unlimited present-tense goals in your voice, daily reflection layers, photos and signs on each goal, and access for the length of the subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Free trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
- Refunds are handled by Apple according to App Store policies.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create (goals, reflections, recordings, photos). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service, including AI-assisted features you choose to use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access others’ data, reverse engineer the app, or use it for unlawful purposes.
AI features
AI-generated prompts and suggestions are provided for personal reflection and are not professional advice (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). Use your own judgment.
Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOBIO INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.
Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version at this URL. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
